#491 Darkrai

#491 Darkrai. Where to find it in Platinum Emerald and how it evolves.

Gift or one-time encounter

• Newmoon Island: One-time battle: Darkrai, Lv 50

Getting there

• After you beat the Sinnoh Champion and have the National Pokedex, the deliveryman in a Sinnoh Poke Mart hands you the Member Card. The card alone does nothing at the inn: the Lunar Wing has to reach the sailor's son first. In order: (1) in Canalave City, go into the sailor's house by the harbor and talk to the boy having a nightmare; (2) talk to the sailor on the gangway, the one who runs the boat to Iron Island, and agree to sail to Fullmoon Island; (3) in the island's cave, talk to Cresselia, which flies off to roam Sinnoh, and pick up the Lunar Wing it leaves; (4) sail back and talk to the boy, which uses the Lunar Wing and wakes him; (5) with the Member Card in your bag, go into the inn in Canalave City: you fall asleep there and find yourself on Newmoon Island; (6) go inside to meet Darkrai.
