Fixed: in the Distortion World, the floating platforms on 1F and B4F to B7F are drawn where you stand on them; arriving no longer leaves you standing in empty space.
Saves from every earlier version load in this one.
Version 0.32
Fixed: elevators (the Radio Tower, the Lighthouse and other Johto and Sinnoh elevators) and the Canalave and Blackthorn Gym platform rides no longer freeze for about 20 seconds.
Fixed: pressing A on the TV in Mauville City, or on any other TV, no longer freezes the game.
Fixed: Safari Zone encounters no longer reset the game on My Boy.
Fixed: a save made inside the old Route 215 trap now loads free to walk.
Fixed: after you beat Wake in Pastoria City, Barry's scene outside the Gym now plays. Saves that already missed it get it back.
Saves from every earlier version load in this one.
Version 0.31
New: a FOLLOWER IDLE setting on the OPTION page. ANIMATE (the default) keeps your following Pokemon's idle animation as in SoulSilver; STILL shows it standing still when you stop.
Saves from every earlier version load in this one.
Version 0.30
Fixed: Route 215 is no longer a one-way trap when you travel east to Veilstone City. If you were stuck there, update and continue your save.
Fixed: in Pastoria City, Barry no longer keeps blocking the Gym door.
Fixed: the blackboard in the Viridian City Trainer School shows its topics again, and the link-cable attendants' menus work.
Saves from every earlier version load in this one.
Version 0.29
Fixed: Hoenn phone calls no longer ring while you are in Kanto or Sinnoh.
Fixed: the south entrance of Cliff Cave on Route 47 (on the way to the Johto Safari Zone) can be entered.
New: when you walk under a bridge, the bridge is see-through around you, so you can see where you are going, like the cave entrance under the Cycling Road on Route 206.
Saves from every earlier version load in this one.
Version 0.28
Fixed: the item balls in Violet City gave you the item twice; now you get it once.
Fixed: Route 34 and Solaceon Town now set up their people when you arrive, so the right people are there by day and by night, as in the original games.
Saves from every earlier version load in this one.
Version 0.27
Fixed: opening the bag no longer turns the screen black or freezes the game on My Boy and other emulators that recompile game code.
Fixed: Pokemon that stand still in Johto and Sinnoh, such as the Farfetch'd in Ilex Forest, now face the way they really do instead of always showing their back.
Fixed: the Kanto Pokemon League door opens on your first visit, even if you finished another region's League first.
Fixed: the Blackthorn City Gym platforms show their buttons and arrows, and the Violet City Gym lift is drawn.
Fixed: the credits roll after you beat Red on Mt. Silver.
Changed: each legendary Pokemon is found only in its home region. Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias and Latios are in Hoenn; Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres are in Kanto; Regigigas stays in Sinnoh. Faraway Island (Mew) is reached only from the Vermilion City Seagallop, and Birth Island (Deoxys) only from Lilycove City.
New ASSIST options: ALL INFINITE TMS (every TM is in your bag and never used up) and FIELD MOVES (HM moves work with the HM and the badge, without a Pokemon that knows them). Both are OFF until you turn them on.
Saves from every earlier version load in this one.
Version 0.26
Fixed: Mesprit, Cresselia and Manaphy now count as seen in the Sinnoh Pokedex once you meet them in Verity Cavern, on Fullmoon Island and in the Pokemon Mansion. Uxie and Azelf count once you battle them at their lakes, as in Platinum.
Fixed: roaming Pokemon in Johto and Sinnoh (Raikou, Entei, Mesprit, Cresselia) stay where they were when you save and continue, as in SoulSilver and Platinum. A save from an older version places them on one of their usual routes the first time it loads.
Fixed: the two statues at the Canalave City Gym entrance can be read again.
Version 0.25
New: roaming legendaries show on the PokeNav and Pokegear map. In Johto, Raikou and Entei appear after the Burned Tower; in Sinnoh, Mesprit and Cresselia appear once they are roaming. Hoenn is unchanged, as in Emerald.
Fixed: Cut trees, Rock Smash rocks and Strength boulders in Sinnoh and Johto can no longer be walked around where Platinum and SoulSilver block you (Routes 204, 211, 215, 225, 228 and 230, Victory Road and several Johto caves).
Fixed: the Honey seller in Floaroma Meadow and the Moomoo Milk sellers on Route 210 and Route 39 now give the amount you pay for, not hundreds or thousands of items.
Version 0.24
New: Faraway Island (Mew) from Kanto. With the Old Sea Map, the Seagallop man in Vermilion City now offers FARAWAY ISLAND as well as the Sevii Islands, and the island sailor takes you back to Vermilion. The Lilycove route is unchanged.
Fixed: double battles against two trainers now give Exp. Points for every Pokemon you beat, not only the first trainer's.
Fixed: Sinnoh bike ramps and muddy slopes need the Bicycle in fourth gear, as in Platinum. On foot you can no longer jump a ramp into the pocket in Oreburgh Gate or climb the slopes on Routes 207, 209, 210 and 228. A save that is already inside that pocket still needs the Bicycle, an Escape Rope, Dig or Fly to leave.
Fixed: you can leave the S.S. Aqua at Vermilion City. The stairs no longer take you back to your cabin.
Fixed: the ice puzzles in the Mahogany Town Gym work as in SoulSilver: a block that stops against another block or a trainer freezes in place.
Fixed: Rock Climb no longer leaves you unable to move at the top of the wall.
Fixed: Lyra's Marill in New Bark Town is drawn in its own colors again, and other walking sprites no longer show the wrong tiles.
Fixed: Sinnoh morning wild Pokemon match Platinum (Kricketot and Kricketune on Routes 201 to 207 and in Eterna Forest, Scyther on Routes 210 and 215, Clefairy and Cleffa in Mt. Coronet, and more), and the honey trees in Eterna Forest and Floaroma Meadow have their own Pokemon.
Guide: Navel Rock and Southern Island are gone from the guide. Lugia and Ho-Oh are caught in Johto as in SoulSilver, and Latias and Latios both roam Hoenn.
Version 0.23
You can swap the order of your moves in battle with SELECT in Hoenn and Kanto, as in Emerald and FireRed. Sinnoh and Johto stay without it, like Platinum and SoulSilver.
New ASSIST options, both off by default: EXP SHARE: ALL gives every Pokemon in your party experience (the ones that fought get the full amount, the rest half), and SHINY ODDS now has ALL, which makes every wild, static and gift Pokemon and every egg shiny. With shiny odds raised, roaming Pokemon roll their shiny chance at each encounter.
Fixed: a Pokemon caught after you had opened the Pokedex now shows in the Pokedex right away, without restarting the game.
Fixed: the east door of the Mt. Silver gate house leads to Route 22 in Kanto, and the guard knows when Kanto is open.
Music: the Hall of Fame, the credits, the trade menu, egg hatching and slot wins play each region's own song (Kanto from FireRed, Sinnoh from Platinum, Johto from SoulSilver), and the last few maps now match their originals.
Version 0.22
Violet Gym: Falkner is now always there. Before, he could be missing on one day of the week if you came to Johto from Kanto.
Fixed freezes at battle starts and field moves on crowded maps, such as the Goldenrod Tunnel.
Regirock, Regice and Registeel can be battled in their Sinnoh ruins, Deoxys can be reached on Birth Island from Kanto's Seagallop ferry, and Headbutt trees work in Azalea Town and at the Johto Safari Zone gate.
Johto: every Fly point from SoulSilver is on the map, including Indigo Plateau, Victory Road, the Battle Frontier and National Park. The Sinnoh League's second Fly point lands where Platinum lands.
Tohjo Falls: every column of both waterfalls climbs in two stages, as in SoulSilver.
Fishing works as in each original game: 50% on every rod in Hoenn and Kanto, and in Sinnoh and Johto the DS way, with each map's own odds.
Mom saves your money in Johto: deposit and withdraw at home, she keeps part of your prize money, buys you gifts and calls you, and the Poke Mart delivers them.
Mt. Silver opens once all four Champions are beaten.
At Vermilion, the man at the Seagallop gate now points you to the sailors on the pier who sail to other regions, and after each Hall of Fame you are told where that region's ferry is.
Sinnoh and Johto now use their own game's sound effects and Voltorb Flip sounds, and every Pokemon's cry is its own in every region.
Saves now work on the DSi with GBARunner3 and on SuperFW carts.
Fixed the Route 221 house reward, the Pokegear phone check for Jasmine's Steelix trade, money checks at the Moomoo Farm and Battle Frontier, and the room PC finding your mail.
Version 0.21
The Distortion World can now be finished: the pond on B4F can be crossed, the landing below the waterfall on B5F no longer traps you, and the floating platforms start where they do in Platinum.
Johto Victory Road: each hole on the third floor now drops you at its own place on the floor below, so you can get through.
Azalea Gym: both switches now say "The switch clicked into place." so you can tell they worked.
People turned by a script now keep facing that way when they leave the screen and come back. This fixes the Farfetch'd in Ilex Forest, which could look the wrong way.
Wayward Cave: the entrance by the Cycling Road can be walked into.
The Old Chateau and the Lost Tower now have their wild Pokemon.
Eevee can now become Leafeon and Glaceon, and Sinnoh's evolutions that need a special place work.
The Itemfinder now finds an item you are standing on, so six hidden items in Kanto can be picked up.
Sinnoh's Bicycle has its gears: press R to switch gear. The hop and wheelie still work.
You can step off Surf onto more shores where Platinum and SoulSilver allow it, including in front of the Pokemon League building.
ASSIST in OPTION has two new rows: MASTER BALL +1, and EASY FISHING, which hooks a bite for you (off unless you turn it on).
Coins on the floor of a Game Corner now go into your Coin Case, wherever you got the Coin Case.
Version 0.20
Fixed Pokemon losing levels or evolutions after a catch while a partner such as Cheryl walks with you: your party no longer goes back to its last saved state. Levels already lost in a saved game cannot be restored.
Whirl Islands: the camera now shows Lugia after the cutscene.
Johto Route 29 and Sinnoh Route 202: your own Pokemon follows you again right after the catching demo.
Flash needs no badge in Johto or Sinnoh, as in the originals.
Any species can be traded between Platinum Emerald games, whichever regions are open and with or without the National Dex.
Fixed a possible freeze when a battle starts with a Poke Ball trail or a white bar fade, which players met at the Goldenrod Underground rival battle in the Radio Tower raid. If you still see it, please send a report.
Sinnoh: Looker's scene at Veilstone now starts, and Barry moves away from the Pastoria gym door. Losing to Barry there no longer leaves him standing in the way, and a save already stuck like that is released.
Sinnoh: Barry stands in the right place in your home at the start of the game.
Vermilion dock: the second sailor on the pier now runs the ferry too, so both offer the trip to the other regions once it is open.
Version 0.19
Gible can be reached: the hidden Wayward Cave entrance under the Cycling Road on Route 206 works again (walk up the west edge under the bridge and press Up at the end).
Fixed the Goldenrod Game Corner door, which could send you to another region.
Fixed the Valley Windworks door: walking into it before you have the Works Key now says it is locked.
The game's version number now shows on the title screen.
Version 0.18
Paths that 0.16 blocked are open again: Route 206 south of Wayward Cave, items and trainers on several Sinnoh routes, and the Whirl Islands scene. The Johto bridge drawing fix from 0.16 is off for now as a result.
A save stranded in a sealed area without Rock Climb continues at its last healing place.

About 40 people on the DS maps who stood silent now talk, and Johto bridges and lakes were improved.

The Bug-Catching Contest judge's catches follow the day of the week.

Music no longer stops after fanfares and level-ups.
The lifts in Veilstone, Jubilife TV and the Resort Area work.
