Gift or one-time encounter

• Flower Paradise: One-time battle: Shaymin, Lv 30

Getting there

• After you beat the Sinnoh Champion and have the National Pokedex, the deliveryman in a Sinnoh Poke Mart hands you Oak's Letter, and with it in your bag Shaymin appears in Flower Paradise. The way there is the sea: on Route 224, at the north end of the route, a few steps east of the stone tablet (rocks block the water right in front of it), Surf north across the short stretch of water to Seabreak Path, then follow the path north to Flower Paradise.
