Getting there
- Safari Zone (Hoenn): You need the Pokeblock Case from the Lilycove contest hall, and pay the entry fee at the gate on Route 121.
- Trophy Garden: Enter through the Pokemon Mansion on Route 212: the door in the back leads out to the garden. Its daily Pokemon change.

- Pichu: Level up, with high friendship
Evolves into
- Raichu: Use Thunderstone
High friendship: it rises when the Pokemon walks with you in the party, wins battles and levels up, and falls when it faints. A Soothe Bell makes it rise faster.
