#175 Togepi

#175 Togepi. Where to find it in Platinum Emerald and how it evolves.

Special encounters

• Route 230: Poke Radar

Gift or one-time encounter

• Water Labyrinth: Egg (gift): Togepi
• Violet City Area 2 (inside): Egg (gift): Togepi

Getting there

• Water Labyrinth: Needs the Rainbow Pass, which comes from the Celio quest: finish the Tri-Pass islands, get the National Pokedex (it opens when you beat any Champion), bring Celio the Ruby from the Ruby Path cave in Mt. Ember, and he swaps your Tri-Pass for the Rainbow Pass. The Seagallop then sails to every Sevii island.
• The man in the Water Labyrinth on Five Island gives the egg only if your lead Pokemon has maximum friendship. The Violet City egg comes from Elm's assistant (keep a party slot free).

Evolves into

• Togetic: Level up, with high friendship
