#176 Togetic. Where to find it in Platinum Emerald and how it evolves.

Evolves from

• Togepi: Level up, with high friendship

Evolves into

• Togekiss: Use Shiny Stone

High friendship: it rises when the Pokemon walks with you in the party, wins battles and levels up, and falls when it faints. A Soothe Bell makes it rise faster.
