Turnback Cave, Sinnoh (from Pokemon Platinum).

How to get here. Giratina's cave is entered from Sendoff Spring, which is reached from Spring Path north of Route 214. Finish the Spear Pillar story first. Giratina (level 47) is deep in the cave.
